As a native of California who has been living in Paris for over 30 years, Sacha has worked as a professor of English and American literature at the Sorbonne, exploring the intricate realms of the human mind and heart in the literary form. Her experience as an educator to a diverse student body from all walks of life has evolved naturally into a role as mentor and coach, paving the way for her path to become a licensed clinical hypnotherapist, sophrologist and emotional wellness coach with studies in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Neurotherapy as well. The terrain of the human condition and its myriad complexities of mind, heart and spirit has been the central driving force at the core of her life’s work.
Sacha accompanies her clients on their journey to well-being and lasting inner transformation on a subconscious level. Whether they are on a path of healing from chronic pain, anxiety, stress, insomnia, phobias, addictive behaviors or building self-confidence and self-esteem or accessing creativity, she guides them towards relinquishing their fears and limiting beliefs to finding their equilibrium emotionally and physically and ultimately, accessing their true potential.
