Born and brought up in the UK, Joanne graduated from Cambridge University and turned a long-held dream into a reality by moving to Paris, pursuing a graduate degree at the Sorbonne. Over a rich and varied 15-year corporate career, she worked in several international companies, managed a large portfolio of CAC 40 clients within in a Parisian digital communications agency, and worked in-house heading up the communications strategy for a major events organiser.
Joanne found her true vocation in 2013, when she trained in Co-Active coaching and later obtained ACC certified status. Over the past 12 years, she has added other training to the mix, including intercultural cultural coaching methodologies to support executives moving abroad or managing international teams, and leadership empowerment for women looking to boost their careers or make a professional transition. In 2024, she became a Certified Organisational Development coach.
In addition to these wide-ranging skills, Joanne’s unique profile brings together an international journey, years of corporate experience, a major career transition, and her personal brand of dynamism, focus and insight.
