Jane Mobille counts 3,000 hours coaching executives, managers, teams, and individuals from 45 countries. Her clients have benefited from her sensitivity, cross-cultural savvy, and corporate experience to successfully transform their performance, leadership, careers, and lives.
Jane has coached 150 participants in the Executive MBA and Executive Education programs at KEDGE Business School. She has led soft skills seminars for HEC Paris, IFP Energies Nouvelles, École Polytechnique Executive Education, and KEDGE. Jane helps executives and managers adopt a collaborative leadership style and enhance results-driven behaviors to improve organizational performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and personal fulfillment. She supports teams in exploring behaviors that foster motivation and efficiency.
Jane serves as both coach and communications expert for professionals undergoing career transitions. She supervises ICF coaches preparing for accreditation and coaches young adults seeking confidence to make intentional choices. Jane is certified in Hogan LFS and 360, DiSC®, Positive Intelligence (PQ®), and Team Psychological Safety (TPS). She holds the ICF PCC certification.
Previously, Jane served as Vice President of Corporate Planning & Communications for France Telecom, Inc. (Orange North America) and studied and taught classical piano. She has written a number of articles for INSPIRELLE.
